Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment for a paid plan. The guarantee covers every plan, on both monthly and annual billing. You don't need to give a reason, and no fees are deducted.

2. Free Trial

The 30-day free trial needs no payment details and you are not charged when it ends, so there is nothing to refund. The 30-day guarantee starts on the date of your first payment, not on the date your trial started.

3. How to Request a Refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so Paddle takes your payment and issues your refund. You can request a refund in either of these ways:

• Go to paddle.net and request a refund, or use the link on your payment receipt.
• Email support@saletides.com from the address you used to subscribe.

4. How You Receive Your Refund

Refunds go back to your original payment method, generally within 14 days of approval, and include any sales tax or VAT you paid. Your paid plan ends once the refund is processed.

5. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard, through the link on your payment receipt, or at paddle.net. Once you cancel you won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

6. Renewal Payments

If you are charged for a renewal you didn't want, contact us or request a refund at paddle.net. These requests are handled under Paddle's Refund Policy.

7. Your Legal Rights

This policy does not limit your rights under consumer law. If you are a consumer in a country that gives you a legal right to cancel or withdraw from a purchase, such as the UK or a country in the EU, that right applies in addition to this policy.
